In
observance of Thrash
Thursday, I rode
one final time at
Bachelor this morning.
Good looking mountains
up there, I must
say. Any family
that's reading this
and is interested
in photos from the
last post, send
me an email, and
I'll send them to
you. |

Spent
some quality time
with my favorite
two families this
weekend. Dinner
with my
folks and
Jen's
folks Saturday
night. Good food,
good company, and
lots of laughs.
Sunday brunch with
cousins, aunts,
uncles, and of course,
Nana.
Happy Mother's Day ladies!
It was so good to
see you all. Dudes
too.

| Lots
going on here at the homefront.
Real busy with illustration
projects, yardwork, and
remodeling projects. On
the sidelines are refinishing
canoe paddles, getting
the drift boat ship shape,
and building some snowboard
racks in the garage. Jen
has been stripping wall
paper and is now painting
the hall; the last big
space that desperately
needed new paint. Everything
is coming along quite
nicely. Managed to sneak
in a day off the other
day, and BC and I met
up at the Finn Rock Bridge
for a 12 mile McKenzie
float. We saw one boat
all day, and managed to
do pretty well, catching
about 7 native rainbows,
and a whole bunch of planters.
Brock's new boat handles
beautifully, and I'm getting
pretty motivated to get
mine wet. Started poking
around it today on my
lunch hour, and had to
stop myself from jumping
right into all the maintenance
work I've got planned.
Priorities, priorities.
Here's some photos:
